Terms & Conditions

  • A $250 deposit will secure your booking, with the remainder to be paid in full a minimum of 1 month prior to your event. Cancellations greater than 90 days from the event will include a full refund. Cancellations 90 days or less from the date of the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Any damage to the Equipment/Booth will be paid for by the hiring client.
  • Set-up and dismantle of the booth are included in the quote.
  • Confirmation from venue is hiring client's responsibility.
  • Additional travel fees may apply outside our normal operating areas.
  • All prices quoted are ex GST.
  • The DVD portion of the hiring price is $50. If any or all of the photos taken in the photobooth during the hire are not recorded onto the flashdrive, the hirer will be entitled to a $50 refund. My Photo Booth Pty Ltd also offers to scan any photostrips not recorded onto the flashdrive so that the hirer can have a digital copy of those prints.
  • My Photo Booth Pty Ltd agrees to have a photobooth operational for a minimum of 80% of the hire period or a discount will apply. A shutdown period may or may not be necessary for maintenance or replenishing of ink and paper.
