Terms and Conditions

  1. A $250 deposit will secure your booking, with the remainder to be paid in full a minimum of 1 month prior to your event. Cancellations greater than 90 days from the event will include a full refund. Cancellations 90 days or less from the date of the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
  2. Any damage to the Equipment/Booth will be paid for by the hiring client.
  3. Set-up and dismantle of the booth are included in the quote.
  4. Confirmation from venue is hiring client's responsibility.
  5. Additional travel fees may apply outside our normal operating areas.
  6. All prices quoted are ex GST.
  7. The DVD portion of the hiring price is $50. If any or all of the photos taken in the photobooth during the hire are not recorded onto the flashdrive, the hirer will be entitled to a $50 refund. My Photo Booth Pty Ltd also offers to scan any photostrips not recorded onto the flashdrive so that the hirer can have a digital copy of those prints.
  8. My Photo Booth Pty Ltd agrees to have a photobooth operational for a minimum of 80% of the hire period or a discount will apply. A shutdown period may or may not be necessary for maintenance or replenishing of ink and paper.
